Adam Spence

Principal | Director

Adam is the founder and principal of Spence Lawyers. He advises on property and commercial documentation, transactions and litigation.

He has a particular interest in acting for property developers, whether it be the development of a residential tower, industrial complex or mixed-use project. He also has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, acting for landlords managing multiple tenancies and tenants leasing premises for their business, as well as advising on body corporate matters and business sales.

Clients value Adam’s considered, pragmatic and efficient advice, together with his disciplined approach to documentation and risk management. Clients describe him as accessible and professional.

Angela O’Connor

Paralegal | Conveyancer 

Angela is the firm’s paralegal and works in conjunction with Adam in relation to all property and commercial matters.

She has a keen interest in residential and commercial conveyancing, and in acting for developers on off-the-plan projects, including preparation and coordination of contract documentation and management of project conveyancing. She maintains structured settlement schedules and development registers to provide clients with clear visibility across their projects and ensure coordinated delivery through to completion.

Her structured and detail-driven approach underpins the firm’s success.

    Lending and Securities
